The Senior Adults at First Baptist, enjoy numerous trips, dinners, luncheons and gatherings each year.   In recent years, the group has traveled to Nashville, Branson,  Gatlinburg, and to Kentucky to see the Noah's Ark replica & Creation Museum.  However, through their Valentine Banquet themes, they  have traveled even farther....
to the Kentucky Derby, New York City, Hawaii, New Orleans, & even back
through time to the 60's and the Roaring 20's! 
This group loves the Lord and has a great time fellowshipping together.  Anyone 55 years and older are welcome to attend.   The calendar of events for 2025 can be found by scrolling to the bottom of this page.

Soup and Sandwich Potluck, Parlor at Noon.
January 29th
Russell's Steakhouse, Corinth, MS. Leave Church at 5:30 PM.
February 22nd
Valentine's Banquet, "A Night Under the Stars," catered by The Gathering Porch. Parlor, 6PM.
March 19th
Buford Pusser Museum, Hockaday Broommaker, Shiloh Tour and Amish. Lunch at Earl's Grill. Leave at 9 AM.
April 16th
Breakfast (cooked by the men) in the Parlor at 9:00 AM.
April 23rd
Nate's Steakhouse in Ecru. Bus will leave church at 5:30 PM.
May 21st
Toyota Tour in Blue Springs. Lunch at Cracker Barrel in New Albany. Leave Church at 10 AM.
June 14th-17th
The Passion Play, Holy Land Tour, Christ of the Ozarks Statue in Eureka Springs, AR. Leaving church after service on Sunday and returning on Wednesday.
July 16th
Dinner and a movie in the FLC at 5:30 PM.
August 20th
Helen Keller Museum and Belle Mont Mansion Tour in Tuscumbia, AL. Lunch at Ricatoni's Italian Grill in Florence, AL. Leave church at 9 AM.
September 17th
Annual Fish Fry in the FLC at 6 PM.
October 15th
Elvis Presley's Birthplace and American Family Radio Tour. Lunch at Newk's. Leave church at 9 AM.
November 30th-December 3rd
Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Trip
December 10th
Christmas Banquet. Catered meal in the Parlor at 6 PM.
